Performance Marketing Analysis :

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers
Data Analytics :
Collect, interpret, and present data insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
A/B Testing :
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
ROI Optimization :
Continuously monitor and optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Who we're looking for:
Minimum of 1-3 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or stem related preferred
Introduction to performance marketing, growth marketing, and data analytics
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
