Job Title:
Nurse Practitioner


Job Purpose:

Responsible for full client assessment, providing education, both wellness and preventative care, ordering lab tests, and prescribing medications as needed.

In addition, responsible for interactions with clients and sales.

This includes the greeting of our guests and clients, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products when needed be.

Full time/Per Diem (Based on need)

$100, ,000 + commission


Location/Base:
LaSalle, IL and Ottawa, IL


Reporting To:
Medical director


Responsible For:
Direct client care.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Providing detailed information to clients regarding treatments, possible side effects, after care instructions, aftercare maintenance or preventative care methods.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of client information and treatments for client charts and medical records.
  • Using comprehensive knowledge to assess clients by diagnosing diseases, disorders, or conditions.
  • Presenting professional guidance to other health professionals and working autonomously with other interdisciplinary health care professionals.
  • Initiating health care treatment for health care management, therapeutic interventions, and prescribing medications.
  • Following all standards of care at the highest professional level.
  • Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Checking clients in and out of their appointments
  • Master knowledge of all treatments and products and the ability to explain and describe each treatment to current and potential clients.
  • Assist with local marketing events and campaigns as needed.
  • Confirmation and follow up calls.
  • Answer phones if needed.
  • Assist Management when required.

Hours: 10AM - 5PM Tuesday - Saturday


Education:
Masters required; doctorate preferred.


Qualifications:


  • Must be Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP)
  • Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois as an NP.
  • Must have a DEA license.
  • Certification/Background in integrative care, functional medicine required.
  • Ability to authorization to prescribe medication within the scope of the state practice act.
  • Sound understanding of federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Excel and Word Applications.

Requirements:


  • Applicants must demonstrate high levels of precise communication on and off shifts.
  • Native/fluency in English required; written and spoken.
  • Ability to multitask, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making, analytical and followup skills.
  • Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Compelling interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), strong ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Strong guest service orientation.
  • Must maintain a high attention to detail.
  • Individuals who enjoy clean and healthy lifestyles.
  • Enjoys talking to people about wellness, medical services and antiaging services.
