We are looking for a motivated team member (m/f/d) for purchasing to expand the team of our client in Brühl.

Your responsibilities

  • Handling the operational purchasing process from inquiry to order processing.
  • Researching and selecting suppliers and negotiating purchasing conditions.
  • Creating inquiries, obtaining and comparing supplier offers.
  • Checking and monitoring delivery dates and quality.
  • Maintaining supplier master data and contract management.
  • Close collaboration with other departments such as warehouse, production, and controlling.
  • Optimizing procurement processes and identifying cost-saving potentials.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in purchasing or a related position is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in the area of procurement and supplier management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and organized way of working.
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
