In this role, your responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Video team through a variety of tasks related to organization, preparation and communication.


This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.**
Responsibilities- Assist video team in logistics of video shoots from pre-production and post-production, ensuring all equipment and other items needed are accounted for and tracked. Communicate to and with all divisions requesting assets from the Video team.- Clerical duties, including scheduling meeting, taking notes, creating presentations and handling marketing tasks- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.- Any miscellaneous tasks or requests to assist the Video Editors and videographers- Ability to effectively anticipate needs- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with driver teams and stakeholders


Requirements:

2+ years previous experience as Administrative Assistant- Tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers, internet search and phones- Strong professional, verbal and written communication skills- Strong Service-oriented mindset- Outstanding organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask- High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different

administrative tasks as needed- Clear, effective communicator verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional


capacity- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

- Positive, team-oriented attitude- Must have a satisfactory driving record, as the position requires occasional driving to handle requested errands
