Role & Responsibilities:
- Document Compliance Specialist is required to ensure that
to facilitate timely resolution of internal and external customer requests and
concerns regarding chemical products provided to food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic
and other industries.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- BA or BS degree; chemical documentation and Quality
document management systems and protocols.
years of experience within Chemical or related
industry, as well as electronic editing and filing of chemical documents,
following version control. Familiarity with Access-based (Chempax) system and
Sharepoint, as well as Acrobat or similar document editing software.
- Excellent attention to written detail, and precise
- Ability to interact positively with customers and vendors
requests and problems related to chemicals and related orders for those
materials.
- Update vendor/product data in Chempax when needed.
- Maintain electronic data files by reviewing, coding,
Resolve document and related customer order problems:

- Alert Company Management to issues that impact one or more
- Effectively coordinate efforts within the QC team
results as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word),

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
