- Lead and execute ongoing talent management strategies, including performance management, career pathing, and development planning.
- Own the complete performance management life cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, midyear, and the annual performance review. Design and implement training for managers and employees, develop communication, and coach/guide leaders and Talent Advisory Partners to build a performance culture.
- Partner with people analytics and technology teams to enhance talent management systems, tools, and dashboards to support our managers and employees
- Partner with People Business Partners, and business leaders to develop, refine, and implement career pathways for various roles within the organization
- Design and implement frameworks to provide visibility to career progression paths and skills required for career growth and internal mobility
- Develop tools, resources, and workshops to support employees in exploring career options, setting goals, and creating actionable development plans
- 7+ years of talent management experience
- Experience leading and executing performance management and career pathing programs with global organizations, with a track record of program management
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging and serving as a consultant to all levels of management and leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization

Pay: $55-$65/hour
