    The Talent Management team within Pegas People function influences the engagement, development, and retention of Pegas current and future talent.

    As a Talent Management Partner, you will own, drive, and deliver performance management and career progression programs. You will lead and manage scalable and straightforward approaches with measurable impact, to address the needs of our high-growth, global organization.

    What Youll Do at Pega:

    • and execute ongoing talent management strategies, including performance management, career pathing, and development planning.
    • the complete performance management life cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, midyear, and the annual performance review. Design and implement training for managers and employees, develop communication, and coach/guide leaders and Talent Advisory Partners to build a performance culture.
    • with people analytics and technology teams to enhance talent management systems, tools, and dashboards to support our managers and employees
    • with People Business Partners, and business leaders to develop, refine, and implement career pathways for various roles within the organization
    • and implement frameworks to provide visibility to career progression paths and skills required for career growth and internal mobility
    • tools, resources, and workshops to support employees in exploring career options, setting goals, and creating actionable development plans
    • informed about industry trends and best practices and integrate new ideas and strategies into existing programs.

    • years of talent management experience
    • leading and executing performance management and career pathing programs with global organizations, with a track record of program management
    • stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging and serving as a consultant to all levels of management and leadership.
    • communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization
    • at translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions, and measure impact
    • ability to drive change: to transform, align, and inspire in a fast-paced environment
