Description
Experienced Billing Clerk/Invoicing 3PL. EXCEL And Quickbooks EXP. Processing Invoices, Data Entry, invoicing Research discrepancies on invoices. May set up new accounts, record keeping. Keep accurate records.
General clerical duties, filing, phones, and computer skills Excel, Word, and Ouickbooks are a must. Able to multitask and work at a fast pace environment. May work with sales, operations, transportation and management teams on order processing. First shift; Monday - Friday


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour


Experience:


  • 3PL Billing: 2 years (preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Spanish (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jurupa Valley, CA 91752: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
