    Salary range between $200,000 and $300,000 for each Administrator and DON positions.

    Key Qualifications:

    Administrator:

    Demonstrated expertise in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare facility, ensuring operational excellence, and promoting a high standard of care.

    Director of Nursing (DON): Proven track record of leadership in nursing management, ensuring superior patient care, and driving staff development.


    Preference will be given to a team that has worked together, and showed success and longevity in their past position.


    Responsibilities:

    Administrator:

    Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, implement policies and procedures, and collaborate with the executive team to achieve optimal outcomes.

    Lead the nursing team, supervise clinical practices, ensure compliance with regulations, and champion continuous quality improvement.
