We are an ambitious and forward-thinking property management company in the East San Gabriel area. Our company operates in the regions of Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, and Schleswig-Holstein.

With a strong focus on digitalization (utilizing AI for automated bookkeeping, digital task management, and invoice processing), we are currently expanding and seeking a Property Manager / Condominium Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and repair work
  • Preparing, conducting, and following up on condominium meetings
  • Managing external service providers and obtaining quotes from various tradespeople
  • Communicating and corresponding with property owners
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for condominiums
  • Reviewing invoices with the condominium board of directors
