The challenge:

Independent organization, implementation, and moderation of our "Ideation Hour" as a central brainstorming session for innovative digital service solutions of tomorrow
Organization, implementation, and communication of the event "Digital Service Summit" with the aim of crossindustry best practice exchange on the topic of digital service with internal and external companies
Independent implementation and preparation of customer feedback and market analyses

- (Partial) moderation of regularly held team meetings
