    Description

    Are you motivated and an ambitious team player with a passion for customer service and sales? Our Residential Floor Technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, while providing customer satisfaction.

    You will use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery.

    We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.

    Our Air Duct Technicians clean and maintain HVAC systems. You will use specialized equipment, identify, and address any issues like leaks.

    Completing jobs safely through effective communication and following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards are essential for this role.

    We value hard work, therefore, upon completion of training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay.

    Our Water Restoration Technicians are responsible for responding to water-related emergencies, such as floods and leaks, to mitigate damage and restore affected areas.

    Duties include assessing the extent of water damage, extracting water, removing damaged materials, implementing drying techniques, sanitizing affected spaces, and using moisture meters to monitor progress.

    Providing exceptional services to our customers while following company policies and IICRC Standards are essential for this role.

    The Commercial Floor Technician will work with the Commercial Sales Representatives to uphold all Commercial Company procedures as well as Stanley Steemer's policies, procedures, and safety standards.

    Technicians will provide exceptional carpet, tile, VCT, upholstery, and stone cleaning related services to commercial customers.

    The technicians will also be responsible for the maintenance and inventory of company equipment, such as tools, equipment, and chemicals after use.

    Starting pay for our Commercial Floor Technician - $18/hr.

    A third shift premium of $27.Week 1- Day Shift, Week 2 – Afternoon Shift, Week 3 – Day Shift, Week 4 – Afternoon Shift, etc.)


    Experience cleaning VCT, natural stone, tile, grout, upholstery or similar
    Working knowledge of commercial and/or residential specialty service

    Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
    Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
