• Take customer orders and accurately process transactions using our pointofsale system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espressobased beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including equipment and utensils.
• Monitor and restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu offerings and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Actively promote specials, new menu items, and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
