Join our team at our integrated kindergarten in Lauchröden as a pedagogical specialist, starting immediately. This is a permanent position with a 30-hour work week, with the possibility of increased hours depending on enrollment.


Your responsibilities will include educating, caring for, and supervising children in accordance with the structure and pedagogical concept of the facility.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and maintaining daily administrative tasks for your group.

This includes integrating children into the group and considering their individual needs, as well as documenting their progress and communicating with parents.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree as a state-recognized educator, special needs educator, or a similar qualification.

Ideally, you will also have a special needs education certification and enjoy working with children, while also being responsible, open, and communicative.

If you can play an instrument, that's a plus. You must also have proof of first aid training and required vaccinations.
