Primary Entry Level Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and escalation as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing customer experience and consumer outreach campaigns to drive revenue and visibility for clients
- Direct sales and customer care with consumers who have shown signs of interest
- Communicating ideas and problemsolving effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Providing thoughtful solutions to inquiries and easing client and customer concerns
- Monitoring personal feedback as a customer service representative and working towards continuous improvement in your scores
- Working efficiently with a team as well as on your own, in order to reach a goal
- Attending quarterly training and networking events
- Continually learn about new products, industry trends, and skills
- One year of experience in a customerfacing or sales role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Skilled at multitasking in a fastpaced environment
- Desire to assist a company grow and develop career goals within the team
- A selfdriven, motivated personality
- The ability to troubleshoot and problemsolve

Pay:
$48, $58,000.00 per year
