Job Description As a
People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d), you will support diverse HR topics in daily operations as well as the strategic and content-related development of these. You will gain comprehensive insights into the HR department and independently take on (partial) projects.

This includes the following areas of responsibility:

You support the People & Culture team with all HR-related and organizational issues
You accompany employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, create employment contracts, additional agreements, and other labor law documents
You take on the administration for the operational training management for the location and gradually also the strategic responsibility
You support the hiring process and onboarding of new employees
You participate in the care and selection of commercial apprentices
You take on the tool responsibility for our survey tool Qualtrics and support our global Engagement Pulse Survey process

Qualifications

You have a vocational training with corresponding further qualification or a successfully completed bachelor's degree with a focus on HR
You have initial professional experience in the
