Position Overview:


Performs diagnostic Obstetric and Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) sonography procedures to assess fetus organs, female reproductive organs, and hemodynamics in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Responsible for commonly performed fetal Obstetric procedures with consistent proficiency.

In addition to performing all the Level I with no support from preceptor or colleague:


  • Triplet pregnancy
  • Assisting invasive procedures, Chorionic villus sampling (CVS)

EDUCATION:

Graduate of an accredited sonography program


CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

ARDMS (OB)

NTQR certificate of program completion

OR FMF NT certificate of program completion


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

2 years of recent relevant experience.
