Your tasks:

During your 3-year training, you will go through various departments with us, such as accounting, payroll accounting, quality management, marketing, or human resources.

You will gain insights into general business processes (recording, control, evaluation), service concepts, and marketing strategies, and be involved in organization, administration, and personnel management processes, gradually taking on your own areas of responsibility.

Your knowledge will also be deepened and rounded off through assignments in the administration of one or more of our senior care facilities.

The theoretical content of your training will be taught at the Vocational School for Health, Body Care, and Social Pedagogy in Halle (Saale).
