Your tasks

We shape life and experiences with older people and people with dementia and we

  • value your independent execution of defined nursing and care tasks to support the nursing staff in a 3-shift system
  • encourage your active participation in creating individual daily structure plans and in computer-based nursing documentation according to the structural model
  • integrate you into the externally inspired further development of our nursing and palliative care concept
  • support your involvement in the training and guidance of new employees and
