A Day in the Life at M2


M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated
Entry Level Analyst to join our growing firm and support our government and commercial clients.

You will work closely with other M2 consultants and become quickly integrated as a key project team member. The combination of on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring enable consultants to enjoy outstanding professional growth and career opportunities.


In this role, you will perform full-cycle project activities including defining key business objectives, designing the research approach, analyzing data, and presenting findings.

You will be expected to ensure that our clients have an amazing experience and reinforce our relationship with them as a trusted and valued partner.

Responsibilities:


  • Process improvement and streamlining business operations
  • Researching tasks across a broad range of financial management, human capital, or organizational development topics
  • Analyzing data to understand business implications of the research
  • Writing reports and/or standard operating procedure documents and presenting to clients in a way that is professional and influential
  • Developing process flows
  • Implementing tools and frameworks to support improved client futurestate organizational design and alignment

Basic Qualifications:


  • BA or BS Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience' to 'BA or BS Degree ideally with prior internship experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Advanced understanding of Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Experience with Smartsheet is preferred
  • Fluency in talking about strategic business problemsyou combine a drive for analytical reasoning with a practical understanding of what our clients are trying to achieve
  • Must be selfmotivated, detailoriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations for seniorlevel staff

  • Work is performed in an office environment.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
  • Responsible for adhering to all established safety standards.
