    Responsibilities:
    • Build and nurture customer relationships, providing necessary follow-ups.
    • Utilize a customer-centric approach to guide clients on insurance options.
    • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining a digital marketing strategy for office promotion.
    • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.

    Requirements:
    • Prior experience in Sales (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets is a plus.
    • Keen interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
    • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
    • Passion for educating customers on insurance and financial products to help them navigate life's uncertainties and achieve their goals.
    • Self-driven and detail-oriented individual.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in delivering presentations to potential clients.
    • Required to obtain Property and Casualty license.
    • Must be willing to acquire Life and Health licenses.
