Waukeenah Jurist Construction Law (m/f/d) for Contract Management

Location:
Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate

Type of Employment:
Full-time

We are currently seeking a Contract Manager (m/f/d) for a renowned construction company in the Upper Palatinate region. This is a direct hire position.

Your Responsibilities

Legal review and preparation of contract documents during the bidding phase
Participation in clarification and negotiation meetings with the client
Coordination with the client in the preparation of construction contracts
Processing of contract-related correspondence with clients and subcontractors
Support of construction and project management in evaluating contract issues
Evaluation and review of compensation claims from subcontractors for changed or additional services
Participation in controlling
Preparation of supplementary cost calculations including related documents and development of offers to the client
Participation in supplementary negotiations
Ongoing coordination with construction management, accounting, cost estimation, and construction scheduling

Your Profile

Completed degree in architecture, construction, or legal education
Good knowledge of construction law (VOB, BGB, HOAI) and procurement law
Excellent MS Office skills
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
