Your Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating daily tasks for the sales team, both inhouse and in the field
  • Optimizing and managing internal processes and procedures
  • Conducting employee meetings, including preparation and documentation
  • Providing competent and reliable customer support and advice
  • Active telephone sales
  • Negotiating and creating contracts
  • Handling complaints
  • Creating and approving quotes
  • Project work

Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • Work experience in sales, either inhouse or in the field, preferably with experience in managing employees
  • Ideally, experience in selling food products
  • High level of independence and decisionmaking ability
