About the Role


Are you:
*Enthusiastic about gymnastics and enjoy working with children? *Patient, encouraging, and a great communicator? *Organized and able to plan and lead engaging classes? *A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment?


Gymnastics Coaches will:
*Coach recreational gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels. *Create and implement lesson plans that are fun, safe, and effective. *Provide positive reinforcement and feedback to help athletes grow. *Assist with spotting and safety procedures. *Collaborate with other coaches and gym staff to ensure a smooth operation.

• Part-

Time Gymnastics Coach:

*Entry Level Positions available starting at $15/hour *Work with other staff to assist in Classes, Birthday Parties and Open Gym

• Full-

Time Coach:
_

• Salary ranges from $45,000$70,000 based on hours available and experience

Qualifications for Full Time:
*Minimum of one year of experience coaching gymnastics or a related sport. *Strong understanding of gymnastics skills and progressions. *CPR/First Aid certification preferred. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
