Educational staff member for the RKW Service Center German in the Workplace


As an independent platform for exchange between science, business, and public authorities, RKW Bremen GmbH focuses on environmental management and occupational safety, digitalization, as well as integration and qualification of international professionals.

For the project "Service Center German in the Workplace", funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and implemented in cooperation with the Senator for Economic Affairs, Labor and Europe in Bremen, we are looking for
an educational staff member in full-time starting as soon as possible.

The position is initially limited until December 31, 2024 with the option of extension.


The position includes the following tasks:

  • Consulting and support for companies regarding German in the workplace
  • Independent development and implementation of tailored offers in coordination and cooperation with companies and institutions
  • Implementation and further development of the language mentoring program in the workplace and the language coaching training according to the Bielefeld model
  • Development of products for public relations and social media channels

You bring the following qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field for the position.
  • You have experience in coaching or consulting.
  • You have experience in teaching languages in adult education.
