Opportunity Overview
North Shore Community Health (NSCH) is an industry leader in exceptional delivery of community healthcare. We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Intern at our Salem, MA administrative office.

The HR Intern reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, will perform a variety of administrative and project-based duties to support the HR Department.

One of the main projects consists of assisting the Human Resources Department in digitizing the employee's personnel files.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic, fast paced team which is committed to creating a world-class organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Main project will be to digitize personnel files by scanning hard files and uploading them into digital online files
  • Filing HR related employee paperwork
  • Update and track changes digitally to the Employee Handbook and other HR policies
  • Assist HR with collection of Perf Reviews and other HR processes
  • Assist with planning of annual summer outing and other NSCH sponsored events
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of Administrative experience
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work in a teamoriented environment
  • Ability to think and act independently in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word & Outlook. Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
