This role is responsible for driving industry leading activation in-market across several regions ensuring local market nuance is considered to drive at scale national programs and platforms focusing on supporting and driving brilliant retail and market activation Role will drive commercial activation in market partnering with local Diageo sales teams and distributors to ensure your markets have the right tools to activate in the right accounts to win at retail helping achieve our Annual Operating Plan for Diageo Beer and Premix CompanyAbout this roleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Activation Manager who can lead the development of innovative brand strategies that drive business growth We are seeking a talented professional who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Sales teams Brand teams Distributors Agency partners Key customers The ideal candidate will be able to develop strategically aligned plans that deliver results driven execution working closely with cross functional teams This will involve distilling complex marketing activity into clear concise communication providing insights influencing decisions making quick pace driven decisions measuring evaluating performance armed with good metricsAbout youWe are looking for someone with:- a passion for developing strategic plans that deliver results
