Advocate Property Management (A Westward 360 company) is looking to add an
Assistant Community Manager to join our growing company in the Lockport, IL area.

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties.


What we offer:

Compensation range of $42,000 - $44,000:

  • Monthly cell phone stipend
  • Flexible hybrid schedule _20 hours per week onsite at a community clubhouse office and 20 hours per week WFH._

What you'll do:


  • Be the first point of contact for any callers, clients or visitors.
  • Assist community manager and the community board of directors with the daytoday community management operations.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, legal teams, etc.
  • Be the liaison between the community owners, board of directors and community manager.
  • Maintain logs (copies, postage, etc.).
  • Attend occasional staff meetings in the main office in Naperville.

What you'll need:


  • Ability to work 20 hours per week onsite in Lockport, IL. (as well as 20 hours from home).
  • Experience in the Community Management field is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
  • Experience with Vantaca software (preferred, not required).
  • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to plan ahead and consistently multitask.
