About the Position
We Ship Express is seeking a full-time
Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our team.

- Performs quality inspections on outgoing shipments.
- Picks, packs, and handles materials for orders.
- Processes all packages for shipments to include; packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Warehouse Associate / Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and organize product inventory from the customer into your vehicle and unload products in and out of the truck as needed throughout the day.
- Follow scheduled route for daily pickup.
- Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy.
- Complete daily before, during, and after truck inspection to ensure it remains in good operational condition.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- A clean driving record with no moving violations in the past three years.
- Proficient at driving and parking box truck.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Able to work on your feet for 8hour shift.
- Experience using hand pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and forklift is a plus.
- Dependable.

- Continually required to stand
- Continually required to walk
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Continually and occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
- Continually work near moving mechanical parts
- Occasionally loud noise
