Their strategy focuses on thorough market analysis and active asset management to achieve long-term value creation.

As they continue to expand their current real estate portfolio, they are now seeking an exciting position at their Frankfurt am Main location as an Associate Asset Management Real Estate (m/f/d) in a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Assuming the role of owner and taking full responsibility for the analytical, strategic, and operational asset management of selected properties in Germany and parts of Europe
  • Identifying potential for development and continuously maximizing the value of assets under responsibility
  • Initiating, planning, and implementing value enhancement strategies, such as new leases, cost optimization, renovations, modernizations, and addressing issues such as tenant structure or restructuring, project development, technical matters, marketing, etc.
  • Preparing regular asset management reports
  • Providing input from an asset management perspective to support the transaction team
