Description
What to expect?
- You will lead the maintenance team, conduct regular feedback and development discussions, and set goals
- You will implement planned investment and maintenance measures and be responsible for creating and monitoring the maintenance and investment budget
- You will further develop preventive maintenance, implement and monitor it, and advise the management team on optimization and cost-saving potentials
- You will be responsible for developing measures to improve technical facilities and ensuring efficient spare parts management as well as compliance with work and fire safety regulations
- You will report to the plant manager and collaborate with the group engineering team
What should you bring?
- You have a degree in engineering with a focus on control or process technology, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of relevant work experience in a leadership position and the ability to motivate people and promote teamwork
- You have a solid understanding of modern maintenance systems and processes, as well as technical and analytical skills in complex technological processes
- You are familiar with process-related method competencies, such as Six Sigma and Lean Management, work in a structured and proactive manner, and negotiate confidently in English
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
