SALARY
$ $19.00 per hour, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.


HOURS
6:00am - 2:30pm


ROLE PURPOSE


The Assembly/Production/Configuration Specialist will be responsible for the assembly/production/configuration of highly technical products, such as coin and currency processing equipment, as well as troubleshooting cash-dispensing and sorting equipment.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform fitting and aligning to ensure free action of moveable parts and operating requirements.
  • Utilize precision measuring devices to include gauging devices and electrical testing devices.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with special project implementation.
  • Advise quality department of technical training and product issues as they arise.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the service, reliability, and performance of our equipment.
  • Gather and record machine information at regular intervals to monitor performance.
  • Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 activities.
  • Lift, place, transport, and assemble component parts and equipment.
  • Work from Manufacturing work instructions, care points, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and other specifications.
  • Perform other activities as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level:


  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with a minimum of 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Highly selfmotivated with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform independently or within a team
  • Problem solving skills
