This is your task:

  • You analyze customer, market, and application requirements and work together with customers, users, sales, and product management to develop innovative products and services in the field of machining
  • In close collaboration with product management, departments, and management, you implement the strategy of our sensory tool holder iTENDO
  • You coordinate a highly motivated and interdisciplinary product development team, consisting of R&D, product management, sales, and other departments
  • You establish strategic partnerships with development partners, research collaborations, start-ups, suppliers, and institutions

This is what sets you apart:

  • You have a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • You have experience in the machining industry, preferably in product management or application engineering
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in managing product development and portfolio development projects
  • You are passionate about innovation and new technologies and are able to identify trends and opportunities
