- Manages human resources functional operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance.
- Administers human resources programs and policies to reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce.
- Maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs.
- Leads and directs the work of other managers and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers.
- Required Education: Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major: Business or relevant degree preferred
- Additional Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
- Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 5-7 years of relevant experience

The selected candidate will design, implement, and monitor a variety of human resource programs. Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
