We are looking for you to join our team in Keyport, NJ as soon as possible in a full-time (38.5 hours/week) permanent position.


Your responsibilities:
The Head of Central Services
- manages the central services of financing and accounting, human resources, real estate and facility management, and IT
- ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of structures, processes, and interfaces within the central services
- coordinates the collaboration between central services and alliances
- continuously develops the commercial control processes and instruments, as well as the risk management system
- establishes an integrated corporate controlling and internal benchmark system
- provides suitable resources for project topics (especially digitalization and growth projects)
- is responsible for third-party funding management
- ensures structured knowledge management through the documentation of central processes


What you bring:
- completed degree in economics or commercial training, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position
- expertise and leadership experience in the areas of finance, human resources, and infrastructure, as well as business organization
- experience in optimizing business processes
- excellent knowledge in the field of IT and digitalization
- ideally, in-depth knowledge of the social economy framework and practical experience in quality and change management
- structured and analytical approach with a focus on implementation and results
