    Alpine Advantage Health Insurance is an independent insurance agency that provides health and life insurance products for individuals, families, small and large businesses, and assists in administering all necessary healthcare essentials. We aim to deliver excellent service and meaningful assistance to our clients by cutting through healthcare congestion. We work with Clients all over North & South Carolina.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Health & Life Insurance Agent. The Health & Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Health & Life Insurance Agent will also educate clients on relevant insurance products and offerings, assist in navigating the healthcare system, and provide support during claims processing with insurance providers.

    Qualifications

    A minimum of a high school degree; a bachelor's degree preferred

    Must possess a current state Health & Life insurance license

    or willing to immediately get licensed

    Strong sales skills and experience with at least 2 years in a sales-related role

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Proficient in computer skills and the ability to use relevant business software

    Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Experience in the insurance industry is preferred

    Ability to keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends that impact the insurance business

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Must live in S.C.
