Lifeworks Wellness Center is looking for a Patient Consultant Assistant to join our growing team

LifeWorks Wellness Center is the largest integrated practice in the US, as well as Florida's top natural health clinic.

People travel from all over the world to see our doctors and receive our lifesaving holistic treatment programs.


The Patient Consultant Assistant assists our Patient Service Consultants in educating patients on the available services and resources and assists patients onto their path to recovery.


Duties will include:


  • Prepares educational information on all practitioner advised treatments as well as
patient treatment programs.

  • Maintains communication with Patient Service Consultant to guarantee patient success.
payment so that treatments can be scheduled.

  • Assists in scheduling patients for their initial lab appointment.
  • Assists with any administrative functions needed by the Patient Service Consultants.
  • Maintains communication with patients and records all information accurately in
patient's chart.

  • Assists in generating new patient leads through referral campaigns with existing
patients.

  • Always maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to professional standards and
federal, state and local requirements.


Education and/or Experience:


  • Graduate of Highschool/GED or equivalent.
  • One plus years in healthcare. Familiarity with alternative health care is a plus.
  • One plus years sales experience.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Demonstrates compassion with superior patient service and communication skills, both
verbal and written.

  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy.
  • Intermediate computer skills, must be able to type 40wpm.
  • General office equipment knowledge (copy machine, fax, computer, etc.)

While performing the duties of this job, must be able to sit for up to 8 hours at a time.
