_ Voted "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal for four years in a row___**The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and manifesting content visibility for All Weather, across various platforms to engage our target audience and drive brand recognition. This person will help us create original and engaging content for our social media accounts. You will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. You will create and execute a content calendar.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Education:
Some college preferred


Experience: 1+ years marketing, advertising, or social media content for business

  • Proficient knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
  • Proven experience creating content on different social media platformsTwitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Computer skills**:
Ability to work with creative tools, such as Hootsuite and Canva


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Researching and defining desired target audiences.
  • Managing the content creation and publishing process for the various social media platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and coordinating content releases to maintain a consistent posting frequency.
  • Monitoring consumer and content metrics.
  • Establishing voice, tone, and style guidelines for all brand content.
  • Promoting content on social media and monitoring engagements such as comments, likes & shares.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required. Writes clearly and informatively
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent people skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires sitting for long periods of time.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position will mainly be performed in an office environment with some work being performed in a manufacturing setting.
