- Work in an onshore-offshore model, with 4-5 offshore developers and DevOps members.
- Follow engineering best practices and take pride in it.
- Focus will be on application CICD build and deployment.
- Manage the Source Code and Build/Deploy processes.
- Automate and support the build and deployment processes to all environments -Development to Production (for both On-Prem and Cloud applications).
- Agile Ceremonies - Participate and Contribute
- Experience with Terraform and Openshift.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud.
- Experience working in a Build / deploy capacity for both on prem and cloud.
- Experience working with Linux servers (installing, configuring, and customizing).
- Experience with one or more scripting language: Shell, Python and / or Perl.
- Working knowledge of SCM best practices
- Needs to be self-motivated and hungry to learn tools and processes.
- Must have good communication skills. Must be able to articulate and work with Developers, QA, network team, web-admin team, server admin team and other external team.
- Needs to have a strong customer focus.
- Has the ability to work as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
