Talgo (Germany) GmbH - part of the successful Spanish Talgo Group - is a recognized service company for rail vehicles and railway-specific machine tools based in Berlin-Friedrichshain. In our modern factory, where we currently employ 121 people, we carry out maintenance work on night and day traffic passenger cars as well as electric locomotives for Deutsche Bahn AG. We are also a service center for central and northern Europe for the underfloor wheel lathe machines and wheel parameter measuring systems produced by our parent company.

Mechanic/Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)
Talgo (Germany) GmbH, Berlin

THE ROLE

  • Repairs and maintenance work on rail vehicles (e.g. inspection and maintenance work on chassis or bogies, monitoring and restoration of wheel geometry, maintenance and repair of brake and suspension systems, coupling elements, water and compressed air systems, kitchen equipment in bistro cars, and interior fittings)
  • Partial modernization of passenger cars

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or similar
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge
  • Interest in the maintenance of rail vehicles
