Your contribution to our joint success


As a Quality Engineer (m/f/*) at our location in Hilden, you have the opportunity to use your knowledge in a targeted manner to advance our joint success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Quality-related support of production facilities (evaluation of quality-relevant data, development of concepts for quality improvement, and conducting process analyses)
  • Leading improvement projects
  • Point of contact for customer complaints and development of sustainable corrective actions (8D report, etc.)
  • Preparation and execution of internal product audits, as well as accompanying internal and external QMS and process audits
  • Implementation of common methods/tools of quality management, including training of relevant areas (e.g. FMEA, Six Sigma, Poka Yoke)

Your qualifications


The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering or natural sciences.
  • You have professional experience in quality management, project management, and process design.

Additional skills that are advantageous:

  • Six Sigma training is desirable
  • You have a high level of independence and the ability to work with employees at all levels
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork,
