Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs in line with organizational goals
- Manage a team of educators and support staff
- Monitor and assess student progress and academic performance
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and students to address educational needs
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Conduct regular assessments to measure program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Proven experience in education management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in math and analytical skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage budgets
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in inventory control is advantageous
Pay:
$48, $60,000.00 per year
