Servpro is a national leader in property damage restoration, with over 2,000 franchises across the United States.

Our locally operated franchises provide cleaning and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties in Allentown, PA and the surrounding areas.


Responsibilities:


Community Engagement:

  • Attend and actively participate in a variety of community events, including ribbon cuttings, local fairs, charity events, and Lunch & Learns, representing our brand and building relationships.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with centers of influence, including insurance agents, property managers, local municipalities, and other key community stakeholders through regular meetings and networking opportunities.
  • Host and entertain guests in our executive suite at the PPL Center during events, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
  • Identify relevant local networking events and trade shows where our presence would be beneficial, coordinating participation and representing the company effectively.
  • Maintain an active membership in professional networking groups such as the local Chamber of Commerce and BNI.
  • Continuously seek out new marketing opportunities and potential leads, utilizing various resources and strategies to establish connections.
  • Organize, orchestrate, and photograph employee events such as competitions, holiday celebrations and

Content Creation:

  • Assist in capturing and editing content, including event photos, job production videos, and customer testimonials, to showcase our services and engage with our audience.
  • Brainstorm and introduce innovative content ideas to engage followers, grow our digital presence, and maximize our reach across social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to monitor social media metrics.

Qualifications

  • Several years of Sales/Marketing experience OR a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related
  • An outgoing personality and a talent for networking, event planning, and community engagement.
  • An active interest in social media trends and some experience using digital editing tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • A driver's license is essential, as travel to events across the Lehigh Valley will be required.
