- Ensure sales personnel motivation, thorough training, and professionalism in customer interactions
- Manage trade-ins, sales, and delivery of vehicles
- Establish sales quotas based on individual skill levels
- Supervise all operations involving new and used vehicles
- Maintain balanced new inventory in relation to sales
- Provide an appealing showroom and set up with vehicles and accessories
- Collaborate with General Manager to set monthly and annual goals
- Attend training to stay current with sales techniques
- Maintain a professional appearance and work area
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time
- Standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods
- Pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and grasping
- Repetitive motion and ability to talk and hear
- Variable hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Sales Manager Job Overview:
As the Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure the success of vehicle sales by effectively managing the staff, planning, and developing short and long term goals.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position involves light work with occasional outdoor work during various weather conditions.
Requirements:
Competencies include exceptional customer service skills, multitasking, and building rapport with customers. The Sales Manager should lead by example, focus on brand building, and demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required, B.A. or Associates Degree preferred. Two-three years of sales experience or equivalent combination required. Valid state driver's license and salesperson license may be necessary.
