To strengthen our team at the Schüttorf location, we are looking for an HR Business Partner in part-time 20 hours/week (m/f/d)

Your tasks As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for a solution-oriented and proactive support and advice for managers and employees on all personnel and labor law issues You act as a sparring partner and have an eye on the entire employee lifecycle In coordination with the managers, you initiate personnel measures, shape and accompany change processes, and implement them You contribute to the implementation of our HR strategy and work on future-oriented HR projects on operational and strategic topics You are responsible for recruiting new employees and accompany the process until successful onboarding In addition, you plan and organize internal and external personnel development measures for employees in cooperation with personnel development Your profile You have successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology, law, or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification You have relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR expert function, preferably in a production
