To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a
Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing (m/f/d) for our nursing facility in Driftwood, TX.


What to expect from us:


  • Responsibility and development of the marketing mix for strategic brand management
  • Development of the groupwide marketing strategy and corporate communications for the target groups of residents, employees, referrers, and family members, and continuous development of these
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the employees of the department
  • Responsibility and implementation of the marketing plan for the individual facilities of the group and management of all (crossmedia) marketing activities
  • Responsibility for targeted and structured brand management, also with regard to corporate branding and corporate design
  • Development of a communication concept and coordination of the implementation of resulting communication measures
  • Management of internal and external target groupspecific corporate communications and press work
  • Coordination of involved agencies and development of reports
