3 year old boy:
He is VERY outgoing and loves all people He is likely going to be attending a part-time preschool in the fall.
The family would like the nanny to focus on letter sounds, writing, and attention to rules/sitting for durations of time He has developed a limited diet but will sometimes try new things He does not have any known allergies or health concerns He is potty trained but occasionally needs assistance with re-dressing and wipingBaby boy:
He has been feeding on demand and he has taken a bottle He has been sleeping well in his swing and enjoys being swaddled with one arm out He does not have any known allergies or health concerns
Pets:
The family has two dogs who are both crated during the workday. The nanny will not be responsible for any pet care The family also has one indoor cat that is isolated and in their own space during the day
Schedule:
Mom returns to work on May 1st, 2024, so ideally the family would like the nanny to start by this date The flexibility to stay until 5:30pm (maybe once every 2 months) is nice to have The family will be paying through payroll Mom works from home during the week Driving will not be needed

Requirements:_
*Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment.
*Must have 3 solid childcare references that are able to be verified.
*Must be willing to submit to Drug Testing & Criminal background checks.
