Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems on rooftops.


Duties:

• Replacing and RMA micro inverters working knowledge of Solar Edge and Enphase.
• Use power tools to secure panels to roofs and connect them to the electrical system.
• Install fixtures such as inverters and monitoring systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations throughout the installation process.
• Utilize hand tools for wiring, mounting, and adjusting solar panels.
• Work with 240 volts systems safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in solar panel installation or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
• Knowledge of roof penetrations, plumbing, and building techniques.
• Understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with fixture installation and NEC regulations.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely is a plus.
• High communication skills

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
