The Position

As a Support Consultant, you will solve disruptions within intralogistics for customers in the hotline:

  • First point of contact in the hotline for consulting on problem solutions within intralogistics for material flow systems
  • First level support for delivered automation systems
  • Analysis of error reports in the ticket system
  • Monitoring, solving, and documenting incoming error messages via the hotline
  • Ensuring ongoing process optimization in interfaces


In your role, you will report directly to the Help Desk department head and will be intensively trained on all relevant processes through a training plan.

Your Profile

You have a background in electrical or automation engineering/mechatronics/IT or logistics with the following expertise:

  • Expert in automation technology for intralogistics, plant construction, or the packaging industry
  • Experience with control electronics in automated storage and picking technology
  • Commission
