    Details:

    We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a Master Plumber to join a leading Company located in the Milwaukee, WI surrounding area.

    The Plumber performs preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service of commercial and industrial plumbing and piping systemsJob Responsibilities:

    Install new and replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specifications to honor manufacturers warrantiesInstall piping, water lines, compressed air line, drain lines, and process piping systems in accordance with established standardsMaintenance and service of drain lines, leaks, back flows, hot water systems, boilers, filters, etc.

    for on demand and scheduled requestInstalls and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softenersComplete site visits, site surveys, and investigate site conditions for the purpose of estimating cost of installation and repairComplete take off for labor and material needed for purpose of estimating cost of installation and repairComplete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logsConduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, and maintaining own toolsMust be well organized to keep accurate service and maintenance records and communicate effectively to determine needsFollows all company safety standards and proceduresBasic Hiring Criteria:
    High school diploma or equivalentMaster Plumbing LicenseFive plus years of verifiable plumbing experience working in plumbing service & remodel fieldAbility to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manualsAbility to write service reportsAbility to effectively present information to supervisor and or customerKnowledge of plumbing systemsBasic mathematical abilities in all units of measureJob Requirements
